Application procedureThe application procedure is quite intensive. That's because we really want to get to know you and at the same time give you good insights in what the position can mean for you.

Fill out an online survey
To get a complete overview of your work related motivators, we’ll ask you to fill out a short online survey called Access PI. This will take less than 10 minutes of your time.
Short phone call interview
The line manager or the recruiter will call you to get a frist impression.
You get invited for a first interview
You will come to visit our office so that we can meet each other in person. We both can then judge if there’s a connection to continue the procedure. This interview will be with a recruiter, the line manager and you.
Case presentation and second interview
We will ask you to prepare and present a short case that we will distribute upfront. This allows us to get an impression on how you approach a typical subject from within your role. And it will allow you to get an impression of what challenges you would have to deal with in your new role. You will present the case to the line manager and a team member of your new team.
You will receive our job offer
We will make you a job offer you cannot refuse.
Steps in the procedure
After every step our recruiters and line managers determine if there’s enough ground to proceed to the next round.
To provide us a complete as possible overview, we use an online profiling tool called Access PI. When applicable you will receive an invite from our recruiters to participate in such a survey.
